Red Poll beef at Thornage  

Here at Thornage we manage a small herd of Red Poll cattle, which enables us to be self-sufficient for all our beef requirements.

We are also able to offer to those wishing to try our beef a range of beef cuts in the form of a beef packs. The pack contains:

1 x roasting joint

1 x twin pack of steaks

2 x 500gram packs of minced beef and

2 x 500 grams of stewing beef.

Each pack = 3kgs (frozen weight) and can be collected from us ready for your freezer - £42.00 per pack.

The cattle are raised using biodynamic methods and are a slow grown grass fed herd.
