Our 30th Anniversary

Sunday 2nd June 2019

On June 2nd 2019 Thornage Hall Independent Living will celebrate its 30th anniversary with the official opening of Gregories Barn by Lady Philippa Dannatt, MBE. This new fully accessible, multi-use activity space will become a communal area for both the 27 tenants who live on the site and 30 regular day service users.

Gregories Barn is the first part of a major investment being made by the charity in order to ensure that they are able to continue to provide an inclusive service into older life. The next step will be the launch of our Orchard lodge appeal. Once the barn has been officially opened tenants and their families, together with a small invited audience, will watch a short film which has been commissioned to celebrate the charity’s achievements whilst highlighting its future aspirations.
