How you can help

Thornage Hall Independent Living is commissioned by the local authorities to provide services for adults with learning disabilities. However we are reliant on donations and volunteers to provide those added extras that make Thornage Hall so special. For example donations have helped:

• support our capital build programme to upgrade our accommodation to a high standard
• create a stage for our drama group to perform at our Garden Fete
• Develop our IT suite

Volunteers provide that extra level of support and bring a vibrancy to the community that really enables us to personalise the support we provide in our unique environment.

There are lots of ways you can get involved and support what we do at Thornage Hall Independent Living. Each year we hold two major fundraising events including our Garden Fete, where we open our estate for the public to see more about what we do as well as to raise much needed funds to support our work.
